These terms cover your use of the CandyFactory website. They are not a product contract: any actual engagement or paid work is governed by its own separate signed agreement. By using this site, you agree to what follows.

You may read, share, and link to this site freely. Please do not:

- Attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the site or the systems behind it.
- Scrape, copy, or republish substantial portions of the site's content as your own, or misrepresent your relationship with CandyFactory.
- Submit other people's personal information through our forms without their permission.
02Intellectual property
The site's content, design, text, and the CandyFactory name, logo, and marks belong to CandyFactory (or its licensors). You may quote or reference the site with attribution, but you may not use our marks to imply endorsement or affiliation without written permission. Where parts of our work are released as open source, those parts are governed by their own published licenses.

This website is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied — including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, and content here may change or become out of date.

05Engagements are separate
Nothing on this site is an offer, a contract, or a guarantee of work. Information here is for general purposes only. Any consulting, product, or other engagement with CandyFactory is governed exclusively by a separate, signed agreement between the parties, and the terms of that agreement — not this page — control the relationship.

The site may link to third-party sites (for example, our GitHub). We do not control and are not responsible for their content or practices. Following those links is at your own discretion.
