Privacy Policy
CandyFactory is a small AI engineering studio in México. We collect very little, we collect it only to talk with you and to send you what you asked for, and we never sell it. This page explains exactly what that means in plain terms.
01What we collect
We collect only what you choose to give us, plus a light, privacy-respecting measure of traffic:
- Email addresses you submit — when you join the waitlist or product signup, subscribe to the blog, or send us a message through the contact form. If you include a name, company, or a description of what you are building, we keep that too.
- The contents of messages you send us — so we can actually read and reply to them.
- Basic, privacy-respecting analytics — aggregate, non-invasive measurements (such as page views and rough referral source) gathered through [ANALYTICS PROVIDER]. This is used to understand which work resonates, not to profile you.
02How we use it
- To reply to your message or inquiry.
- To send you the updates you asked for — for example, blog posts or product news when you subscribed to receive them.
- To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it.
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not build advertising profiles.
03We never sell your data
Your email address and the messages you send are not for sale and never will be. We do not rent, trade, or share them for anyone else's marketing.
04Third parties we use to operate
We are a small studio, so we rely on a few trusted service providers strictly to run the site and communicate with you — for example, website hosting, email delivery, and [ANALYTICS PROVIDER] for analytics. These providers process data only on our behalf and only to provide their service. We do not hand your information to third parties for their own purposes.
05Cookies
The site aims to use as few cookies as possible. Any cookies or similar storage are used to keep the site working and to support the basic analytics described above — not for cross-site advertising. You can block or clear cookies in your browser at any time; the site will still work.
06Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop sending you updates. Just email anta@candyfactory.ai and we will take care of it. Every message is read by a person.
07Data retention
We keep your information only as long as we need it to reply to you, to send the updates you asked for, or as required by law. When you ask us to delete it, we do.
08Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and revise the "last updated" date above. Significant changes will be communicated to subscribers by email where appropriate.
