Inquisitor sits post-pipeline as a typed judge, emitting a Verdict. Loremaster runs async — promoting muscle memory into named techniques. What went wrong, why, and what to remember.
Artificer runs pre-domain — fires shaped probes at the codebase before the cadre touches it, emits an ArtificerReport. The pipeline arrives already tuned. Hephaestus is what makes a strange repo feel like home.

CANON · THE THESISADR-005
An open base, a closed tier on top, joined at the bracket. Architecture and business model collapse into the same shape. The free tier really is the free tier. The Pantheon really is what sits above it. The page renders the canon — it doesn't invent it.
Code inside pipeline execution is open. Code at the bracket — pre-domain, post-closure — is closed. Not a product split. A position.
BYOK. No token resale. The cadre runs on your fuel, never ours. Tier 1 is free not because it's stripped — but because the economics aren't ours to take.
The Pantheon ships before pricing. The canon merges before the page. The page renders before the launch. The thing actually runs in production.
THE BUNDLE · PRIVATE FLIGHT
v1.1, shipped 2026-05-20. Currently in private flight on top of the open bonfire-ai on PyPI. The Verdict envelope is vendor-ported so PyPI consumers can parse Pantheon output without owning the Pantheon. Pricing TBD per ADR-005 — no purchase flow yet. This is the reach-out gesture.
Pulled out of the page so they live beyond it. Now part of the shared design system.
